          Four Lessons Learned from
          Tuning into the Divine Feminine
Writer Karin Wilson advises that “learning to work with the divine feminine calls on us to dig deep into ourselves – past any and all societal constructs.” In describing her own journey in the March 2020 issue of Guide for Spiritual Living: Science of Mind magazine, Wilson offers four lessons she learned along the way:

            - “Get comfortable with digging.” Finding and connecting with the divine feminine, which exists in each of us, poses challenges. “Its specialty,” she writes, “is its hidden nature; yet in truth, the divine feminine appears in our lives daily.”

            - “I serve best when I serve myself.” Wilson writes, “As I got more comfortable with experiencing my own happiness, I also learned to love my body as a temple.” Further, she advises sitting daily and listening, and then affirming your answers with words and actions.

            - “Converse daily with Spirit.” Acknowledging that a daily practice is challenging, Wilson believes it is the key to unlocking our creative nature.

            - “Embrace your inner Kali.” She advises, “In dark times, call upon your inner Kali, the fearsome Hindu goddess known as the destroyer. Harness her raw determination for the outcome you desire.”

  One with All Creation
  Prayer by Rev. Nicole Merges
I am one with Spirit. I am one with the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine and one with all Creation. As I know this truth for myself, I know this is the truth of every living being.
As I bask in this eternal truth, I put my attention on the energies of the Divine Feminine within me. With each breath, I align with birthing the light of God in me. It is there that I find and reveal my life’s purpose. It is there where I am continually nourished and know that the grace of the Divine is with me, always. …
Knowing this truth resides within me and expresses as me, I rejoice in gratitude for the universal law that says “yes” to this prayer. I know that it manifests itself so perfectly in my life.

          Schools Embrace Mindfulness
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, one in five American children struggles with anxiety. Stressors like poverty, divorce, addiction and learning disabilities affect nearly half of all school children.
In response, a number of schools are embracing mindfulness in one form or another. “Mindfulness when delivered in a high-quality structured program can be beneficial for youth," says Erica Sibinga, professor of pediatrics at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Mindfulness in schools – as in our homes, places of worship or workplaces – takes many forms. There are videos and audio recordings specifically geared to helping children with mindfulness. When used within a structured format, Sibinga’s research finds mindfulness to have mental health benefits, along with behavioral benefits, for school children.
Teachers, of course, must walk the talk, taking a holistic approach to their students’ well-being, accompanied by resources, time and support.

          Our Right to Self-Expression
          —by Ernest Holmes
It is right to enjoy life. It is normal and natural to desire a more abundant life. … In the unity of humankind with Spirit, there can be no lack or limitation; each of us is entitled to all that our Father has. …
Today I express myself with joy and enthusiasm. I want to live more abundantly and I accept such possibility. I want to look more deeply into the heart of all people, finding there the pulsation of the Heart of the Universe. I want to penetrate all externals and reveal the Divine Presence hidden there.
I know in my self-expression of the abundance of the Whole, there is nothing mean or little, nothing separate from the All-Good. As I lift high the chalice of my hope and faith, I know that it will overflow, that everything I do will be blessed, that every good I seek will be expressed through me.
Everyone I meet will proclaim that God is expressing through all humanity and rejoicing in that which He does.
